  1. Sandra, well done, and one of the few how-to keep your wine articles that is practical; the personalized technique is approachable; the article is basic and short enough so that you don't bore the average reader.
    In NH keeping wine is easier with most homes having a cellar, but even my cellar will average 73 degrees in the summer, and like you I have a wine cooler for my expensive long-term wines.
