Last year, I had the opportunity to travel to Italy to taste the wines of Oltrepò Pavese. I discovered that these sparkling wines are based on Pinot Noir, they are made in the traditional method, like Champagne, and most importantly, they are an Italian hidden gem that bubble lovers across the world need to put on their radar. In the August issue of Galveston Monthly magazine, I introduce these wines to my readers.
Awesome project you gifted for your wine folks and readers. Surely it's a great piece of job. Who can ignore the flavor and taste of the entertaining wine. I just discovered this wine treasures and happy to see you organized your web page so rich with the numerous vineyards and wine tastes. I like the way you brought about the Hill Country Wine story, the taste of Texas. Thank you very much for sharing such an interesting read and wine treasure altogether.
